Lookout points are at three 
geodesic domes. The top dome
also caps 3 revolving restaurant
levels. The mall, a sky lit, planted
and landscaped semi-barrel 
vault promenade  fronted by 5 
levels of shops and a terrace 
plaza, goes around the core. It 
is connected on all 6 levels over
the inner vehicular access ring at
4 compass points and below on 4
levels from stores at the 4 diagonal
points. The inner ring gives access
to the garage at 8 points - 2 on 
each side - and is accessed from
the outer ring at 8 points. Shipping
and delivery is situated away from
public view immediately under the 
inner access ring, and is accessed
by ramp at each entrance from 
the outer ring.
